Service Description

You are a master builder; you have the ability to manifest your desires and create whatever you want in your life. Trust that the universe is on your side and allow time and space for cultivating this type of love, trust and momentum in your body, mind and heart. Here, in this oh so well needed self-care class, Helga guides you through poses and techniques to go inwards and connect with your true self. In this restorative yoga class, we focus on holding seated/lying positions for a min of 1-3 minutes to get into the fascia properly and clear away what is no longer needed in order to move forward. We take plenty of extra time in the end for a beautiful guided meditation & visualisation in Savasana. Expect to feel rested, rejuvenated and expanded. Warm, comfy/stretchy clothes are recommended for this 60min booking, as well as a yoga mat (or rug, pillows, blanket). You can keep your big socks on for this one and a nice hot herbal tea is always nice. You can also have your favourite body cream nearby + pen/journal for right after class as you might feel inspired to engage in a me-time practice of your own for a moment.
